About Pyrgaki

A home with a story
Originally built in traditional Mani style, Pyrgaki has stood quietly in the heart of Neochori for generations. Its thick stone walls and terracotta roof are typical of the architecture that defines this historic hillside village, where time seems to pass a little more slowly.
Lovingly restored by its current owners, the house has been carefully brought back to life — with a modern kitchen, handcrafted wood finishes, and all the comforts needed for a peaceful stay, while staying true to its roots.

Present Day Focus
Old soul, modern spirit
Today, Pyrgaki welcomes guests from around the world who come to experience the quiet beauty of the Mani. Designed with couples in mind but perfect for small families too, the home offers an intimate escape: cook with local ingredients in the open-plan kitchen, enjoy the sea view from the rooftop terrace, and settle into village life at your own pace.
Just down the road, you’ll find Thea Manis, the family-run taverna with food as unforgettable as the view. Everything here — from the home to the hospitality — invites you to feel like a local.
